Zapier is known for its straightforward, no-frills approach, offering a good 30% automation rate. Yet, HenryFlow redefines the boundaries of automation with an impressive 90% rate.
However, the real difference lies in the depth of automation. While both platforms enable end-to-end workflow automation, HenryFlow’s focuses on a creating these integrations on a foundational architecture level where as Zapier focuses more on single endpoint integration. This might sound technical, but it in non-technical words it basically means  that HenryFlow's approach allows for more complex workflow automations and personalized AI suggestions.

They do this in a few different ways, but mainly by giving personalized suggestions on new workflow automations that you might not have thought about yourself or by allowing you to prompt Henry and create your workflow automations with natural language.

Zapier has of course also adopted AI on their platform. This can be experienced in their prompt section, where the user can try to build workflow automations in natural language similarly to HenryFlow. However, since Zapier does not integrate as deeply with your systems as HenryFlow, they do not really have the option to giver personalized suggestions and are limited in the way it can understand your natural language prompts.
